Most all Service Essentials’® business comes from referrals rather than conventional advertising methods. When you think about it, if anyone should be practicing what they preach in terms of service, it’s me! I work with participants on the importance of positive word-of-mouth referrals and I take that concept very seriously in my own business.
When I mention that keeping existing customers is far less expensive for business owners than constantly trying to find new ones I really mean it. And when we discuss the critical service elements of building relationships, communicating and following through with customers, I employ those same actions when dealing with my own clients. In doing so, I’ve accumulated some comments from my customers and thought it would be helpful to share them to help you better understand who I am and my facilitation style.
